abuse<\/strong> for this study is defined as any interaction between a child (early childhood up to 18 years old) and an adult in which the child is used for the sexual stimulation of the perpetrator or an observer. Sexual abuse can include both touching and non-touching behaviors. Non-touching behaviors can include voyeurism (trying to look at a child\u2019s naked body), exhibitionism, or exposing the child to pornography. The child does not fully comprehend, does not consent to or is unable to give consent to, or is not developmentally prepared (CDC,
